ROAD MOVIE FILM TITLE

Road Movie is a film directed by Dev Benegal. It tells a story of a young Indian man’s journey driving an old truck through the Indian desert. His travels lead him through life changing experiences as he encounters gypsies, young runways, corrupt cops and the threat of dehydration. This film was the top feature in the 2009 Toronto International Film Festival, 2009 Tokyo Film Festival as well as the 2010 Berlin Film Festival.

Dev Benegal asked Shine Studio to create a title sequence that encapsulated the adventurous feel of the film. Inspired by indian street art and hand painted trucks, I developed a title sequence that reveals each actors name as the camera travel around the exterior of the truck.
